Multi-Family Turns

Our conventional apartment clients have a need to hire outside professional vendors.  On-site technicians routinely address maintenance requests and may not have the capacity or time to meet the make ready needs of your property.  681 Contractors is a “one vendor” solution experienced at full make-ready; from general maintenance, resurfacing, wall repairs, painting, flooring and cleaning of the apartment.  We work closely with your property’s leadership team to ensure empty apartments get turned efficiently and effectively for a successful resident move-in.
